Chanterelles are only around for a short window each year, so we put together a menu that makes the most of it. At metro bar & bistro you'll find a chanterelle cream soup with truffle oil, chanterelles in cream with crispy spelt bread and bruschetta with ricotta, plus main courses like beef tenderloin with chanterelles, pan-seared zander and tagliatelle with chanterelles and beef tenderloin. There's also a bianca chanterelle pizza and a chanterelle sauce served on the side for steaks or chicken.
Recommended wine pairings include Pinot Grigio, our local Souvignier Gris or a Chianti Classico for the beef dishes.
